Recorded in various apartment bedrooms, camping trailers, and basements since Miles moved to Chicago in 2011, Thoughts Between Love is a collection of original songs, sounds from life, and inspirations from the minds of others. You will hear a daily ride on the train, the flurry of activity before the ring of a school bell, a drumming group in Ghana, the escape of a campfire, and the cleansing power of a thunderstorm, all interwoven between songs tackling a call to explore, a love lost, and a friend's attempted suicide. Miles put his original music on the back burner after his 2009 album in order to focus on his college singing group and then his work as a high school music teacher. He is proud to be sharing original music with the world again, and looks forward to more creative projects with musicians from Chicago's amazing music scene moving forward.
